Building Capability Through Education & Knowledge Sharing: Fabric 101

Recognising a knowledge gap across Product functions, I independently created and delivered "Fabric 101", an educational training programme designed to improve understanding of fabric development, sourcing and construction. Drawing on my passion for textiles and material innovation, I developed a comprehensive learning resource and presented it across Design, Buying and Merchandising teams to support both personal development and better product decision-making.

This project demonstrates my ability to lead through education, simplify complex technical subjects and proactively invest in the growth and development of others.
